I manage Tower I at Emerald Beach Resort. Rusty and Service Restoration Pros has recently helped us complete a building project and the work was impeccable. They have also done other work in the Tower. They are helpful, efficient, hardworking and the only ones you need to call.

When our home flooded due to a malfunctioning water heater, Rusty and the mitigation team at Service Restoration showed up incredibly fast. They were professional from start to finish, every bit of water was cleaned up, the baseboards were removed with minimal damage, and they only cut the minimal amount of sheetrock necessary. They used dehumidifiers and fans to prevent further damage, and took care of everything with our insurance paperwork, which was a huge relief. Our insurance company even sent two other companies to peer review and they both complimented the work that was done. We are extremely thankful for their quick response, attention to detail, and the way they handled the entire situation. Highly recommend Service Restoration!

The team communicated with me advising when they were arriving at the job site each day. They took before and after pictures to confirm that the work was done. My son and his family stayed in the house after they finished and said that the air quality in the house was very good. Very polite and very friendly. I will highly recommend their services.
