Having water damage is never a fun experience, but Service Solutions made the process of repairing the damages less painful. I really appreciated the great service and open communication. These repairs were done on a rental property and Service Solutions was able to communicate well with me, the HOA, and the tenant. Having so many parties involved was a bit challenging, but Service Solutions did a great job with coordinating with everyone and making sure that we were all on the same page. From their office manager, schedulers, to the estimator, the repair technician, project supervisor all of them were so kind and helpful, as well as professional. The water leak repair that I had was so overwhelming and they made it effortless. They worked with the insurance and made everything for me so much more manageable.
