Service first did a great job. Our Roof was leak leaking no fault of ours. It was the HOA. They showed up quick, they took care of the wetness they put humidifiers or dehumidifiers in. They were courteous professional I dealt with several employees they were all top of their line top of the game. I would recommend service first to anybody. The last gentleman I worked with was Jose and he did an amazing job. They're lucky to have him as an employee Our job is far from done, but for their part, they did a great job and I appreciate the work they did.

After moisture damage to my home in Laguna Woods. Antonio and Ivan A. did an amazing job replacing drywall and closet flooring and painting. I highly recommend them. Ivan G. went out of his way to find a beautiful counter for the bathroom cabinet and rebuilt a beautiful cabinet to replace the one that had to be removed. If Laguna Woods Village is scheduling your repairs with Service First I highly recommend that you ask for Antonio, Ivan A. and Ivan G. They are top notch.

I worked with Miguel and his team, Ivan and Fredy. They were all exceptional in communication, patient in understanding our specific goals and concerns, industrious in every task, and delivered high quality work while also finishing ahead of schedule with plenty of time to clean up. I would highly recommend working with this team and will be sure to request them by name if I ever need more work in the future.

Danny came to the house to assess water damage and determine what needed to be done prior to the plumber making the repair. His inspection was comprehensive and he thoroughly explained what next steps would be taken. He answered all my questions and was lovely to talk with. His demeanor and obvious experience gave me every confidence in Service First Restoration, so much so that I am also hiring the company to install new flooring and walls to replace the damaged ones.

Elias was amazing! He took every amount of care to be clean, neat, professional, organized & helpful to ensure no dust or debris went outside the carefully built tent enclosure he put together. He was friendly & conscientious of any concerns I had about the job. 5 stars ✨ to Elias! ARTURO also did a perfect job with putting in the new drywall & taping & texturing of the wall & ceiling after the dryout from a roof leak. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, hard working person in my home. He was also a pleasure to work with in my home. 5 stars 🌟 to ARTURO!
