My insurance found this company and I have had nothing but issues since day one with them. My water heater ruptured the day before Thanksgiving causing a massive amount of water damage. It took two weeks before they even came out to begin the process for the water mitigation. The crew had zero regard for my personal property and had zero organization skills. I still have my bathroom scattered out through out my home because they removed something then set them in the other room, hallway or garage. They started putting light bulbs and parts inside my personal boxes in the garage that have metal fabrication tools in it. I asked to have the dryer covered before moving as it was a couple month old with no scratches. They not only didn't cover it they thought it would be a great idea to pile so

We had a flood in our master bath and bedroom and all of the moving parts to put us back together again were VERY confusing - water remediation, asbestos, testing, demolition, etc. When Alex reached out to us, he was like a breath of fresh air. He patiently explained the process and the various steps, the relationships between our insurance company, a third-party and the companies actually doing the advance work. It was extremely helpful and took a LOT of stress out of the equation. This business was recommended by my insurance company. They came quickly to assess the A/C damage to our house, accurately diagnosed the problem and started work right away. From the work they did, the repairs were done very well. However, they did not complete repairing the damage. Furthermore, they refused to complete the repairs to the outside of the house. If you have damage to the outside of your house, I would not recommend this business.
