Earlier this year, water damage impacted my unit and common areas of the condo building. I chose ServiceMaster to perform the repairs to my condo unit because of Nikki’s transparent, accurate, and timely communication — I could reach her easily by text, and she guided me through the entire process including navigating the insurance claim, floor selection, and scheduling. We had an unfortunate pair of incidents in our finished basement that resulted in significant water damage. The ServiceMaster remediation team came in and took great care of us. Manny, Zenen, Cristian, Walter, and Cesar did a masterful job of sealing off what we thought were the affected areas, moving our furniture and other possessions, and getting to work. They were the right combination of thorough and conservative, doing only what they needed to preserve what they could of our basement while ensuring that the water damage and mold were removed. Team leader Manny was great about keeping me in the loop as he and the team worked—and discovered that the water under the floor tiles had seeped farther than anyone had initially thought. No schedule was provided or expectations explained. The area with water dameage was my internal pantry, with $1,000's worth of food and equipment, I requested them to cover everythign and plastic between the affected area and my equipment, I am not sure that happened and asked for pictures as I was not allowed into the room while the remidated the area. Now my pantry, Kitchen and Dining room are in disarry and I have NO idea when the project will be resolved. Thier crew were very nice, but spoke limited English. The supervisor was dismissave when I shared my concern. I used them through my insurance company, in hindsight I would use my own contractor and have all the control to expidite the process.

Our retail shop had significant water damage and the team at ServiceMaster responded almost immediately! Joe, Manny, and Pedro were very attentive and thorough. Their upbeat attitude put me at ease and they were on site first thing, each morning until the issue was resolved. Joe kept us informed about each step of the process, day-to-day. We thought the worst when we first saw the damage but thanks to ServiceMaster, we were able to continue operating and get the business back on track!

Trustworthy company with excellent employees all the way from Management to Service. Strong communication and timely and efficient work. While you never want to need their services, when you have these issues there is no better company to call!
