Service Master Restore provided top quality service for our business, The Montessori School of Charlottesville. We had a small water damage a few weeks back. Water had leaked over the course of a couple days through the top floor down to the first floor. I called Service Master Restore and they were out within a couple of hours to inspect, provide useful guidance and help me make a plan to ensure no damage happened to our building. They were cost effective, kind, informative and flexible with our unique scheduling needs as a school. Could not recommend more highly.

Very upfront and honest about the quote--gave me recommendations for getting rid of a scent from a protein burn myself and decided that their services were not necessary because the burn was not too serious. Charles was a really nice and genuine guy.

I am very glad we did - they worked around a tight timeline (as we had contractors scheduled for other work). Everyone was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.
