One of their trucks was less than three feet from hitting me this morning on Burnsville Parkway and Pleasant Avenue about 10 - 15 minutes ago. When I called to let them know, the customer service center the best they offered me to tell him “to knock off driving like that”. Hmmmm...not exactly good enough.
I have used ServiceMaster of Burnsville/Eagan for several services(carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning) over the past five years. Each time, the cleaning results have been excellent. The technicians are courteous and pleasant.
Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!
