Marcus and Elmer the two craftsmen who did the construction work did excellent workmanship. I would say that I wished I had updates with Construction Supervisor. I didn’t and I didn’t get to know him, he was not good at communication by text. I am old schooled I want communication with the person who can authorize rework and give me schedule information.

This company did a fantastic job under the leadership of David Langmaack. Every area of needed repair was performed with the upmost professionalism. All servicemen along with David Langmaack kept in constant contact with me by providing step-by-step of their procedures while completing their area of expertise. The pictures of the garage is only a sample of their outstanding work. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend ServiceMaster without hesitation! Thank you for everything!

I am still working on a review--the work was seemingly ok. I myself have not fully inspected it to specifications; however do have questions about invoice.

Steven Lee was not good, not excellent, he was OUTSTANDING in the areas of: professionalism; customer service- honest, clear, understanding; knowledgeable of what needed to be done to address underlying issues; having skill and will, and being authenically courteous. Steven Lee was tenacious. He consistently kept me informed as to what needed to be done to address my Crawl Space water problem. CLONE STEVEN LEE and Service Master would never go out of business.
