after a pipe burst and ruined our floors, service master came in and cleaned and dried everything. they also went beyond that and helped deal with insurance to help get what we deserved from them. excellent experience with servicemaster

Mr. Boyd of ServiceMaster was my knight in shining white armor. My kitchen ran a leak from a corroded garbage disposal causing significant water damage in the kitchen and hallway. He knew what to do and help deal with the insurance company, which denied my claim. He made sure to bring the proper equipment and dried out the area. He also put me in contact with people who could start the repairs, calling to make sure that I was taken care of. What more can you ask for ?

My mother Sybil, has been dealing with David and the owner Bruce, from this company, for almost a year now. David was been paid the money that is due to him, but now he is refusing to answer any phone calls, or finish the job. About 4 weeks ago he was given another $1000, and he has yet to finish the job. What this company, is doing is down right disrespectful and unprofessional. I've reached out to the corporate office and have gotten no response. Even, if David can't come out and do the work, that doesn't mean his crew can't. I mean I live in a 3 bedroom double wide, why would it take 11 months to finish. Anyone that decides, to work with David and this company proceed with caution.

They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them for small or larger jobs. Ours was a large event and they showed up day one, and every day thereafter, until everything was done. I am so grateful they were there!

Service Master does exceptional work. Quick with response and very reliable. Bruce and his crew were very respectful and professional. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you again, Service Master for such great work! 5 Stars!
