ServiceMaster LRG of Dayton

I have reached out to them twice in an attempt to get a quote for a repaire I need done. The first time I was told that my information would be forwarded to someone else to which I never received a call back. I call about a week later and was transferred to the ladies voice mail. I did as the prompt requested, and left my name, number, and a breif message to which I still have not received a call. I will not make this mistake again. ****UPDATE**** I spoke with one of the owners, Mark who was apologetic and asked for an opportunity to make things right and I aloud them to schedule me for an estimate. The estimator showed up in a timely manner and was very professional. Other tan the original issue everything has been great!

I am beyond blessed with everything that was done in my kitchen!!! From water damage clean up to new cabinets, countertop, flooring, drywall work,etc. Jim, Aaron, Bill, the floor crew , water guys were beyond amazing to work with! Down to every detail! I love my new kitchen. If I could give 100 stars I definitely would!!!! Thank you guys so much you are rock stars in my book!!

They came out and did some work on my house after some water damage. Some of the work was good, but they caused some additional damage while working. When I reported it some crazed man from their company called me and yelled at me about it and made it clear he didn't believe me. We eventually got it sorted out, but not before someone else from their company called and left me another nasty message. I mean, their guys mostly do decent work. If they would just work things out with people instead of calling from the safety of their office and raging at you for pointing out their mistakes everything would be great.

John, Tony, Brian and Angela were awesome to work with. Our house was hit by the Memorial Day tornado. They have done an awesome job of restoring, keeping our property safe until we were ready for it. They have always been available to answer questions or address concerns.

Recently we hired ServiceMaster for a post construction clean, prior to painting. Removal of dust from walls, floors, HVAC ducts and unit, clean windows. Very disappointed in services performed. Approximately a 2200' house. By their advertisement, I assumed professional cleaning equipment and "technicians" would be used. They showed up in a van and separate car. Not sure what was used for water, if any, as water has not been hook up yet. A house hold sweeper, which broke down by noon, a bag of microfiber towels,1 HEP vac that supposedly eliminated the dust from the air. Not a problem, as the did not create dust by cleaning as they did not clean. 5 "technicians" using that term loosely.1 of the 5 actually worked.
