ServiceMaster National Capital Restoration

I was so impressed with ALL the Service Master crew that worked to provide the removal of any signs of water and mold when we had a pipe leakage that happened very early one morning in October. I found that the workers who came to our home to help with the massive damage to be professional, friendly, helpful, and experienced. Everyone, from office staff that answered question, to the folks who did the work, and the persons directing what had to be done. All listened to my questions and guided us through the process of bringing our home out of the disaster that hit our home. The crew that came out to remediate my flooded basement was first rate. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I liked that Dennis came to check on the progress daily and kept me informed on how the project was going. The team of Abraham, Leo, and Johnny was great as well. They moved things that were too heavy for me out of the way. They were quick and made sure that my carpet was protected

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Dennis and his team. We had a toilet overflow and they arrived shortly after we called. They explained everything and had the fans drying almost immediately. I hired ServiceMaster for a mold remediation project and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. The star of the show was definitely Juan, the technician who handled our job. He was respectful of our home, meticulous in his work, and clearly an expert in his field. It is rare to find this level of dedication and customer service these days. We recently had water damage to our floors and ceiling of the level below in our house and the ServiceMaster team was great in promptly cleaning and drying all of the damage.
