Carlos and demo team were phenomenal! Communications excellent and timeliness good. They even used vacuum while demoing so family not exposed to dust. Giuseppe, his boss, has been on site several times not only helping the team but making sure we had questions answered and pleased with progress. The experience very positive. Will be using their company’s rebuild team and hopefully expect the same type of service. Highly recommend! Not sure of pricing as this is an insurance claim. Giuseppe and his team are handling communications with Allstate so we don’t have to be in the middle.

Giueseppe and his crew were fantastic! They arrived within the hour of our call and immediately got to work on water mitigation. They were professional, extremely hard working, thorough, neat and careful during the process. Communication about the process was great and they worked directly with my insurance company, so it was a smooth process for me. They went the extra mile to limit demolition where possible, while ensuring a complete project. They were a nice and respectful crew. I would definitely recommend them to others (which I have) and use them again, if ever in need. I thank the crew for making this awful situation more bearable.

Marty and Giovanni and Carlos and Lewis are wonderful and very good at what they do. They are respectful, hard working and very honest. Just a pleasure to have their help with a water leak. I highly recommend Master service. They are the best and are very prompt and highly skilled and very dependable. If we ever need their services in the future, we will definitely call them.

We could not be happier with ServiceMaster. They showed up on one of the worst days of our life, immediately began picking up the pieces of our house(literally) , and rebuilt it in a timely manner. Every team, from pack out/pack in/ cleaning/ demolition/damage assessment, etc. was professional and efficient. They were our saving grace.

As I read these reviews, most align with my experiences we had. They were very responsive out the gate considering how much money they were going to profit but once I got my check and subbed out the bulk of the work, no return calls or texts. It was so bad that I could call from my personal number and get an answer but when I called from an unknown number, Jay Tuten picked up immediately. Still to this day, there is still service I paid for but not completed. I wouldn't recommend this company to fix a doghouse. No stars from me but I wish I could drop a rotten egg on them to signify their work. Stay away from those mustard looking trucks. Never again.
