DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! Pay no mind to their blanket statement in response to this post as they will say anything to cover their blatant disregard to any ounce of compassion for your belongings. This is going to be long, but PLEASE read to the end. I do NOT want this done to anyone else!!!! They are THIEVES. Other reviews say they set you up for insurance fraud......which is true. We had Servicemaster do a trauma cleanup up after our sons suicide on Christmas Eve 2025. They never filed a claim with our insurance company like they were supposed to, claiming it was "easier" for us to get sent a bill instead of calling us to get our insurance information. As a new homeowner, I was not sure what to expect when we filed our first insurance claim due to water damage. We were put in contact with ServiceMaster and I’m very thankful for the recommendation. Worst experience with a carpet cleaning EVER. We had an area of our carpet stained and decided to have the whole carpet cleaned, a light colored carpet. Two weeks later, we noticed the carpet began to look dirty, by the end of the third week, the entire traffic area was so dirty, it looked like someone had come in, ripped our carpeting out and put this dirty carpet in its place. Where there was any foot traffic at all, it was dirty. Where there was heavier foot traffic, it was filthy.! So, here we are, with a carpet that had area that needed cleaning now filthy throughout most of the room! When we called another service, we were told that the likely cause was too much (and/or the wrong kind of) detergent being used and then not correctly and adequately rinsed, which is made even wors

I had a partial house fire in March 2023, and I am very impressed by the service I received. The cleaning was very thorough and professionally done, they were very courteous and prompt. It made the ordeal of dealing with the fire trauma much easier by having them come in and do the cleaning. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars because the professionalism and actual work they completed were terrible! I had a house fire in February 2020 and Servicemaster appeared a couple of days after the fire and then very sporadically thereafter. Things were not being completed in a timely manner so both me and my insurance adjuster tried many times to get a hold of the owner with no luck for 5 months! Also, we were charged for things that were not actually done that we ended up cleaning ourselves! For example, they claim to have cleaned the upstairs and downstairs walls as well as the carpet (which was later removed). My father had swiped his hand on the walls after they supposedly cleaned them and his hand was as black as the ace of spade! The walls downstairs were not even affected as
