ServiceMaster Professional Restoration

I have only good things to say about Service Master and the job they have done to remediate our home after the Altadena fires. We feel very fortunate to have a home that is still standing and safe. We also feel so glad to have found Jessica and her crew after early frustrations with other companies. The whole crew were caring and careful, patient and thorough. Every wall, every book, every everything is clean of soot and ash and smoke. Our home is spotless and we feel hopeful again after this harrowing experience. Thank you Jessica and Edgar and Diana and all the other folks whose names I do not know--we appreciate your care and help!

ServiceMaster has turned our fire damage situation into an excellent restoration experience, and their people are the reason why we say this. They have communicated with us as to what they would be doing and when, and have valued our input with regards to our needs. Specifically, Jeffery and Juanita have been at our house for over a week now making sure that everything has been done right by their restoration team. Violet has been our office contact, and letting us know everything taking place between their contractors and our insurance adjuster. Our experience with ServiceMasters has resulted in our recommending them for any restoration need.

The customer service was excellent. Eliseth Sanchez (Ely) was wonderful to work with. She gave me a realistic (and accurate) timeline of all the steps, and patiently answered all of my questions. She was "on it" and was my guiding light through out the whole process. Also, all of the contractors/workers who went to the house were courteous, friendly and professional.

The entire staff at SM was professional, from Beverly who was my rep, to all the guys who helped with our mold issue. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. Thank you ServiceMaster!
