We had an excellent experience with service master! Kaleb and his team (Jae and Bryan) are fantastic at what they do. Not only are they experts, they are great, trustworthy people. They made it to our home just a few hours after we had a massive leak in our kitchen and got right to work. They were tidy, timely and efficient. They were also incredibly empathetic and kind as we were two days away from hosting Christmas at our home - they made it possible for us to still host our Christmas dinner despite not having a ceiling. We can’t recommend these guys enough. We will most definitely be using them again in the future when we have the need. 10/10 all around!

ServiceMaster took care of us after a toilet overflowed and flooded our home. From the beginning to the end of the project, each person that came in my home was professional, kind, and truly cared about our needs. They were careful with our belongings, and did excellent work. I definitely recommend Danny, Kevin, and their crew!

Chad and his team at ServiceMaster did a great job of cleaning our carpets and making everything look brand new when we were selling our home. I was referred to them and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Do not use this company. Parents went through the freeze of 2021 and later had a fire. Used Servicemaster to do the restoration and we where told it would take six months to complete. Six months later, it looks to be a year out till they get to move in with the rate this company is working. And as of right now it’s been 2 weeks since anyone has completed any work. They will not provide invoices for the work completed nor a budget and are always wanting another check. The owner will no longer take my parents calls. Avoid at all costs. Do your self a favor and black list this company.
