ServiceMaster Restoration by Desert Dry

Water Leaks and damage are stressful! The remediation crew at Service Masters by Desert Dry made the process so much easier! We started with a pond under the dishwasher on Memorial Day weekend. We called emergency services and the crew arrived within an hour and removed the water, found the leak and set-up industrial fans to dry the area. The remediation crew that continued to follow up with the drying and damage were professional, easy to communicate with and supportive. Shout out to Caleb, Oscar, Tim, Julio, and Andrew! You definitely want these guys when you have a water damage problem! Frank Fuentes, the general manager, was great at communicating about the process and soothing frazzled nerves too. For a difficult situation, the process was made so much easier by these guys!

I was beyond impressed of this crew. Shout out to Julio, Simon, Carlos, and Armando. All our belongings were wrapped, organized, and they knew exactly where everything was to be put back. They were respectful and very timely. I would highly recommend and I would use this team AGAIN. Thank you so much gentleman.

Julio and his team - Simon, Pablo, Jesus, Carlos were all very professional in moving my belongings back into my house. I was very pleased with the way they unpacked everything and put it back where it belonged. Even after a long days work, they were willing to clean up what the contractor had left behind so I could get my car in the garage! They were an awesome team and I would recommend them again.

Julio and his crew Simon, Jesus and Pablo did an excellent job. They were professional, yet friendly, helpful and contentious. Armando and Paul were extremely helpful, too. I highly recommend ServiceMaster by Desert Dry and would use them again.

Did not complete the job they were hired to do! I brought so many sloppy mistakes to Paul Sanchez attention and he sent the same lazy workers every time. I finally got fed up and denied them back in my home. After that, they have the audacity to sue ME. Absolutely terrible customer service. NEVER again will I ever use this company or refer them to anyone. UPDATE: I fail to see how access to my home was the problem. I requested new crew members constantly and I was sent the same people repeatedly. That's not accommodating the customer, AT ALL. The materials you put in were not put in the correct way. It was done extremely sloppy and unsatisfactory, ALL 3 times they "redid" it. I have no problem with paying for the materials, but why am I expected to compromise and pay you before the job is
