ServiceMaster Restoration by Neverman Construction Company

I wouldn't even give a 1 for this company but I had to. I had work done in 2 bathrooms that are back to back. The work wasn't done properly so 4 years later I had mold and it destroyed both cabinets,flooring, drywall. I call the company about this. I spoke with a person called Nick. He came out told me he would have to talk to someone else about this. This company was payed through my insurance. My insurance refused to pay for it again because it was the same issue. There was a warranty through this company for 5 years. It had only been 4 years and I got left with the repairs. Someone name Jon call me ask me what do you want me to do? I told him this company should foot some of the money I had to pay out my pocket. Well all I got was a appolgy. I had to have another company pull the bra

ZERO RATING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! When we started in January, the day of the fire Grange Insurance told us that it was smart to go with a company that could take care of everything. We knew no one locally who could take care of this fire/water situation. We went with their recommended company ServiceMaster Restoration by Neverman Construction Company. We were told to get out of the house immediately and they would take care of everything. Time passed before any cleaning or reconstruction happened. (We had been assured of being back in the house by May 31st.) They finally began demolition on April 16. It was June 4th before odor elimination spraying occurred. Communication was sparse and unanswered. We caught Steve and Nick in lies too many times - concerning when they were there

Hotel operations can be challenging, and we recently faced a big project that needed immediate attention. Cathy Frederick responded right away, explained everything clearly, and handled the job with professionalism and care. The team she sent was efficient, respectful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Their business is in my apartment complex and they harass and scream names almost everytime I walk out my door and have no respect for the residents, playing football 1 ft from our cars and blocking the passageways often. Very rude.

The drying/ mold process was ok. The process for restoration was a joke. After waiting several weeks and getting nowhere, I finally contacted a contractor who did an excellent job in a timely manner. They also tried to bill me for after hours. My service call was during business hours. Would not use them again.
