ServiceMaster Restoration by ORC

Wanted to give a shout out to Tyler and Alfredo of service master ORC I believe people should get credit when credit is due and I had these gentleman to my personal home called out by my builder for a warranty issue. As a Resturation owner myself Kowalski Construction inc these guys took good care of me and did fantastic work keeping me updated on my water loss and cleaning up as they went. As professional courtesy I wanted to say thank you and good work.

I just Want to say that the guys that did the work were amazing. They did a great job. Efrain and Garret were great. Garret was so nice and professional. I would definitely use them again. They are great thank you so much.

Service Master was very professionals, very thorough. First they closed off the rest of the house with a bug wall of plastic. We has asbestos in our walls being an older home. They came in got the Demo done in the bathrooms. After they finished everything, they cleaned up. Then someone came in to do an air test to see if it is same to enter home. Thank you Service Masters your the Best. I give 20 stars!!

Working with Garrett and the restoration team was a great experience. They made sure I understood the entire process and that I was satisfied at every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I just want to give a shoutout to the guy who came to my rental house a few times a few weeks ago that had septic backup flooding in 2 bathrooms and my bedroom, right after I moved into the house, in Prescott Valley, AZ. He was really nice and really helpful and set up the restoration equipment and shut off my main water supply and attempted to help me with sewage water removal, when my landlord could not have cared less. I have no idea what his name is but he thought I was the homeowner, I’m not the homeowner lol. A few days later I found out that the house also tested positive for asbestos so I’m getting out of that place. Anyway, just wanted to thank him!
