The Service Master team lead by Joe Ward and assisted by Jim and Vinny were very responsive, respectful, and thoughtful in addressing my ice damming caused crisis. They worked diligently to ID and contain the problem and initiate the process of restoration. They explained the entire process to me and facilitated contact with my insurance adjuster while also providing useful consideration suggestions and other reputable service providers that I could entertain for the various phases of work required. Vinny, Carlos & Mark: Worked on restoration from water. All professional, skilled & thoughtful during an extremely difficult circumstance. They worked with me and were accommodating to my situation. They were polite and respectful. They answered ALL of my questions and concerns. Everything was explained and completed as said. ServiceMaster was the general contractor for a renovation of my home in 2024. Principal was attentive to subs, architect, details, creative, knowledgeable, and responsive to me in person and online. Principal had good contacts with trades necessary to do the work and arranged things seamlessly. He also was aware of town bldg. requirements, regs., and statutes. Crew was highly skilled, polite, attentive to detail, respectful of the property, and cleaned up at the end of every day.

Vinnie and Mike arrived right on time and did a great job cleaning the ducts. They were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. They even showed me before and after pictures as they worked. I highly recommend this company.
