We experienced fire damage to our garage wall and roof. Our insurance recommended Service Masters and within days TIm contacted us and completed an assessment of damage. He came to our home and reviewed all repair needs and recommendation. Not only did he include repair to the garage wall, roof and gutter but insisted the interior be treated as it would develop an odor within the year from the smoke. I was unable to leave my home as my father is on hospice and I am the caregiver. Trinity, accounts manager, actual drove to our home so I could sign paperwork and follow-up on payment. Can’t say enough good things about my great experience with Service Master! The mitigation crew swooped right in and got everything dried out within 3-4 days. Took a minute for the construction crew to start their part, but WOW! They are such an amazing crew! They removed my flooring and made substantial adjustments for the new flooring so that it would look good once my baseboards were replaced, no gaps. Spencer, the flooring installer from Alacrity LLC, was fast and accurate with his cuts. Anthony repainted my baseboards (after installation, which is pretty difficult ) and touched up the walls and every little nick he could find. That attention to detail really made my new flooring pop! He gave me some great DIY product recommendations, too. He and Filo got all my furniture moved back in

Service Master was phenomenal in both their service and expertise. The job had several different contractors who worked in our home under Service Master and without exception, they exceeded our expectations. Everyone was timely, professional and communicative with where we were at in each step of the process.

Quick and easy. They were on site so fast after the initial call to insurance. I have heard of these things happening, it's another thing entirely when it's happening to you. Its an everyday occurrence for these folks, obviously since this is what they do. We were amazed at how quick they arrived and took care of everything.
