They did a restoration for me that took over a week when they said it would be 2 days. On some days the workers did not show up or only for a few hours. They said they were short staffed. When they did show up, most of the crew were daily temp labor who rarely worked. They used my tools (ladder, hammer, etc) as they said they did not have these items. When carrying cabinets out of my house, they caused significant damage to my walls, floor and railings. I was told to get a quote from my painter who is completing the work on the rest of the house and they would reimburse me. It has been over a month and the owners have yet to return my calls and the manager can not tell me if they will honor their commitment made earlier to fix their mistakes.

This company made a mess out of my furniture and carpet. They took out part of the ceiling and sanded without properly protecting my furniture, including the cabinets that had just been refaced! The woman who takes calls is rude and sarcastic. I don't think she realizes this is personal to people and having their people in and out of your home making a mess is stress and inconvenience no one needs. I understand that mistakes happen and that you can't control everything but as a service provider one should realize that this is extremely stressful for the customer and she made it worse. Use a company that makes it easy for you. This was a mess from start to finish. I have already steered people away from using them and I will continue to.

Absolutely not who you want helping you with anything. They sent out a team of people to inventory the items in my moms burned down house. Mostly, they tried to just throw everything into a dumpster without writing down a decent description or taking a picture. We, myself and 3 others, did a lot of the work for them and had to constantly supervise. They did not want to be there. No one knew what they were doing. They sent their team out with nothing more than rubber gloves to a burned down, molding house on days that had above one-hundred degree heat indexes. They had no safety equipment, respirators, shade fly's, helmets, etc. I know they're not paying their workers anything but minimum wage or just above. All of the workers we worked with were nice and professional. We thought Steve was very helpful to us throughout the process of repairing our home. A little expensive, but in the end pretty good service.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, CHIP WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME AND TURNED OUT PERFECT IN ALL WAYS.
