I just want to give a big thank you to Troy, the owner of Service Pro Carpet Cleaning, for coming through for us during a serious time crunch as we were moving into our new home. We were told the carpets had already been cleaned before move in, but I could still see some high traffic areas and a few spots that I knew a true professional could take care of. Troy showed up right on time with his van fully wrapped, which gave us immediate confidence knowing exactly who was at our home. He used state of the art equipment and took his time to do the job the right way. I even felt comfortable allowing him inside while I was there with my youngest daughter, which says a lot about his professionalism and presence. We hired them to clean a rental after a move-out, and we were facing some tough carpet stains that we were sure would require replacement. This turned out to be the best carpet cleaning we’ve ever had at one of our rentals. Troy’s honesty, attention to detail, and hard work truly stood out. If I could give Troy 10 stars I would ! Came within 20 minutes of me calling in a panic due to red slime juice getting on my new light gray almost white couch. He got it alll out ! Life saver for sure !
