Sam and his crew at Servpro helped us replace our whole kitchen after we had excessive water damage from a leaking water heater from the upstairs unit. Servpro responded right away to meditate the water damage so it didn’t get worse and dried everything out for us efficiently and promptly. After the leak was repaired the whole crew did fantastic work and were professional and courteous and took pride in their work! Sam also helped us communicate with the insurance company to get everything that was damaged replaced. We got replacement cabinets, a new sink, and upgraded to granite countertops. I love our new kitchen, almost worth the hassle of the flood!

The team at Servpro of Buena Park were a constant source of knowledge, support, and professionalism during a protracted and ongoing negotiation with my personal as well as my HOA insurance after a leak in the building that affected my unit. They treated me with kindness during the long process, and were able to do the repairs efficiently once they could begin. My daughter especially appreciated having her room back with a new color of paint on the walls. They went above and beyond on several occasions, and made the whole process of being out of my home for two months much easier to bear.
