I had such a great experience working with SERVPRO. They were fast, organized, and honestly made the whole situation so much easier than I expected. I especially want to shout out Jayden — he took care of all the coordination and was genuinely wonderful to work with. Servpro was great to work with. They came out the same day that we had water damage in kitchen and basement. They were hard working, respectful, and explained the process very well. Mark came every day to check the equipment and was always friendly and happy to help. When it came time for removing damaged materials Mark worked quickly and cheerfully. When my game room flooded from a leak above, I was devastated. I immediately contacted my insurance company and they gave me some companies to choose from. I chose ServPro because my family and my wife’s family both had very positive experiences with them in the past. I called and they had people out immediately to begin the drying out process.
