SES Mid Atlantic has been amazing. Not long after we purchased our home the septic pump alarm went off & the original pump needed to be replaced. Mike Green went above and beyond to get my warranty company what they needed (and they were a nightmare) so I’m beyond appreciative. It was no small job since there are OSHA regulations involved but the crew was amazing - even taking the time to walk me through my homes set up and where my lines were in my yard so I understood everything better. A few months later the alarm went off and I felt that instant “not again” panic but it was just a float alarm that went bad and the crew replaced it that day.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to installing new septic systems, combine with no communication is a recipe for disaster and lost money. They took over 18 months to come up with nothing but designs that the county would fail which ended up costing me TONS of money due to the delay and incompetence of the staff at SES. They would lie to me about when documents are submitted, even though the county stamps on them, the exact date that they were accepted. I would never get a straight answer and no dates of scheduled work were never completed on time. I lost thousands and thousands of dollars dealing with SES. They would never return my calls and I would have to call them multiple times before I would get an answer on the pho

I would not recommend SES to anyone. They came to my house on May 22nd for a home/septic inspection. They made 2 holes in my yard getting to the septic tank and equipment and made no attempt to salvage my grass. They peeled back electrical covers and left them that way and they have been exposed to the elements since. Their response to my complaint? It needs to be fixed anyway. You do not come to someone's home, destroy their property and leave it that way. Absolutely do not recommend.

SES recently repaired my septic system, and the process, communication, service and cost was excellent. The distribution box on our 50 year old septic system was full of roots, so they replaced the box and header lines to resolve the issue. They hauled away all the debris and planted grass with a layer of straw (which is now 4" tall). We couldn't be happier.

Working with SES has been a great experience. They responded very quickly to a problem with our underground oil tank that cut off oil in the middle of a cold event in the middle of the winter. They were able to work a short term solution that gave us both heat and hot water when others were neither as creative nor responsive. And there prices were in line with other less responsive vendors. We decided to use SES to replace the tank and remediate the oil spill. They provided a more complete solution at a lower price than others. The work was completed on time with no surprises. The clean up and restoration of our yard was excellent. You could hardly tell that a huge hole had been dug in our front yard. I highly recommend them!! Russ Burns
