Some of the guys are super nice, and some are absolutely disgusting. My husband pulled into the lot to pick me up and stopped where he was supposed to. An attendant pulling a car next to him honked, rolled down the window and literally YELLED “HEY YOU STOP”. My petrified husband goes “I stopped, it’s parked, the parking break is on”. Attendant gets out, points, and yells “WAIT THERE”, so my husband waited! Attendant comes over a minute later and goes “so what you gonna park or just hangout?!” I’m standing there 6 months pregnant and say “YOU told him to wait”. He glares me up and down clearly not wanting to deal with the pregnant lady and says “fine, give me the keys” as my husband is getting out he apologizes again and says “I’m sorry I was told to wait”. Attendant says “how long?” Husban

Not sure why this place is getting negative reviews. We've parked here many times for Lincoln Center performances, and our experience has always been great. Fast service, almost no wait, fair price and great hours even for later concerts! Five stars!

Con artist parking lot!!! Imagine we parked the early bird and when I came back to get my keys the man gorge said his credit card machine wasn’t working that I had to go get cash. I told him take a photo of the credit card and when your machine works charge me. He said no go beg for money or call your friends. Gorge said no I can’t take my car. So I called the POLICE!! Cops came all of a sudden gorge says wow the machine works. Obviously he wanted to pocket the cash. Apparently he does this all the time and gets away with it. Wasted 4 hours waiting for the police horrible horrible management company who never answered. Nasty man gorge as well!!!

I parked there today. Attendant was so polite. I booked the garage on spothero a few days ago for an event I was going to with my kids. His personality was great. No damage to vehicle. Brought right up. I had an oversized suv and the charge was not bad at all. I would definitely use them again!

The worst experience at this parking facility, 229 West 60th , NY, NY parking. On arrival John didn’t give ticket, after asked 2 times - he said it was ok without it. When checking out Jorge berated me in front of my toddler bc I had no tix, when I asked for supervisor he kept making excuses and never connected me with his supervisor or gave me their phone number. Moreover, he kept yelling at me in front of my kid even after I explain that the John didn’t give me a ticket (being distracted FaceTiming while accepting my car). Absolutely unacceptable! I’m not going to leave it like that!
