Reached out to SetUp NYC for a flooring and repainting job. From the start I was provided a clear estimate on the cost of the project. The person who came to estimate was great and highlighted many issues I wasn’t seeing and offered their services to repair such as damaged walls and old lighting. Once work started being an active home the workers secured all hazards and ensured that their was work clean not causing dust to go to the rest of house. Taking great precautions such as dust barriers and securing the rest of the home. Quality of work speaks for itself my home was transformed into exactly what I wanted. One photo shows the old living room (very yellow) and then rest are post renovations. 10/10 highly recommend, the business is honest , hardworking and customer caring.

I had such a wonderful experience with Brother’s Fix! There were quite a few things to get done in my apartment and I was feeling some trepidation as I had a not so great experience the week before with a handyman from a different service. Booking at Brother's Fix was very detailed and they listened and noted all the things I needed handled. And then in walked Slava- a handyman par excellence. Not only was he skilled, knowledgeable, innovative, careful, precise, and equipped with the correct tools, but also highly professional, friendly, caring, a great listener, hard worker and a pleasure to have in my home. He put up a hanging pot rack - which was a large project requiring calculating angles for the hangers and choosing the correct hardware for my ceiling . And also two magnetic knife

Reached out for some furniture assembly after my IKEA trip, ended up with getting all items assembled, TV mounted, and curtain rods installed. The installer was polite, efficient, and cleaned up all the furniture packaging which was great! Great experiance will hire again!

We had an overall great experience with SetUp NYC. Scheduling was easy, job was done very well and when there was a small issue I identified they came back within a week and fixed it. Great service and would highly recommend. The job I had done was a custom murphy bed installation (bed was from murphybednyc) in our condo in brooklny.

I hired them to mount my TV and install my AC. The TV mounting went fine. The AC installation however, was a a disaster. It took the person 1.5 hours to install so they charged me for an extra half hour. But the AC was so poorly installed, there are gaps between the window and the AC everywhere. Now my apartment is cold because the window is essentially wide open and if I were to turn the AC on, the air would go right out the window. They also broke my side curtain panels. So not only do I have to get it reinstalled but I also have to buy new parts. I’ve reached out to them but I’ve heard nothing back.
