Seven Lakes Ace Hardware

Everyone here is great! The layout of the store is a little weird, and sometimes what you need is tucked in a random place you'd never find if you don't ask, but there are always people to help you find those out of the way items. Have a little bit of everything. It would be amazing if they could expand.

I came to do a regular thing on an extreme day (the day the ice storm was supposed to begin) they handled everything with professionalism grace and courtesy in a quick Manor. There were a number of things go wrong on their end (but they kept composure) and check us out in a quick but servicing mannor.

Ace Hardware in Seven Lakes is amazing! Every Associate and Cashier is always willing to help with a smile! They are all very knowledgeable and it is such a pleasure shopping there!

I purchased a box of Nitrile Gloves. I received excellent customer service from Store Associate WILLIAM, both on the phone and in person when upon my arrival at the store he retrieved the box of gloves and handed them to me near the checkout line(s). I also received excellent service at Checkout from Store Associate/Cashier SARA, who also greeted me as I was entering. I was also pleased to receive and use an Ace Black Friday 50% OFF coupon. I was however, disappointed that I was not able to place an online order for this item, as I made several attempts and always received the “Something went wrong, please try again later”.
