From start to finish, a new Bubble Tea shop in Iselin by name One Zo, was only possible to be completed before deadline because Seven Wonders team took in their own personal consideration. Words are not enough to express how grateful we are. As a new Business Owner and first Bubble Tea shop in the town of Iselin, if Noel and Cynthia did not lead the project, Grand Opening on February 15th of this year, would not likely happen. We had major water damage to our home and needed someone to fix a large section of rotted framing and reinstall the wall. Noel and his team did an excellent job and were extremely helpful through every step of the process. All of the members of his team that we dealt with were extremely kind, considerate, and professional. Noel was very quick to schedule times for his crew to come by and always gave accurate estimates of how long the work would take. We’re very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism that Seven Wonders provided. We’ll be sure to contact them again for any other home repairs or renovations!

As I was about to start my powder room renovation (to be followed by two full baths and entire house update), the owner, Noel, provided his contract. I asked Noel to agree to comply with all applicable laws and provide a certificate of insurance. He refused. The contract calls for a 2 year warranty, but requires the customer to identify any defects within 5 days of work completion. I asked Noel to transfer any manufacturer warranties. He refused. This is not how a reputable or experienced business operates. He couldn’t be bothered to actually speak to me, but made his administrative staff deliver his message. In this economy turning away a job that will likely exceed $25k is very peculiar. Save yourself the time I lost and find another contractor.

I will call them again. They did a wonderful job. I was looking for a reliable, responsible, and fair price and Seven Wonder was the one. They are courteous also they were always on time. I will definitely recommende Seven Wonders and Actually, they will work for my second project.

Noel the owner is one of the only contractors in NJ that I trust to do the right thing all the time. I have seen him accomplish amazing things in construction over the years and I appreciate how he conducts himself, with respect for his employees and customers.
