Fantastic Company! We woke up at about 2am on a Friday with no heat. We called their answering service and they had a technician out here that morning at 8:30. They explained everything to us thoroughly and let us know what options there were. We ended up needing to get a new unit. They were back at the house that Monday morning installing a new furnace. The technicians were very friendly, on time and did a very nice clean job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any heating or cooling problems or if you are looking to get new installation of a furnace or AC unit.

I have been calling on Sewell for many years and continue to have my systems checked by them in Spring and Fall to ensure my AC and heating will be up and running smoothly. My Mom thought a lot of the elder Mr. Sewell and my sister and i both call on the Sewells, for our homes. I had a small issue with my AC a month after the inspection and the technician took care of it at no charge to me within 24 hours of my call. I am very happy with the technicians who come to my home they are polite and professional.

Tom came out and diagnosed my issue in 30 minutes after three weeks of trial and error with another provider. He pointed out an installation issue that could have lead to exposure to carbon monoxide and damage to my chimney. I cannot adequately express my appreciation for Tom and Sewell Heating & Cooling.
