We cannot say enough good things about Will and Tyson! On New Year’s Eve, when most people were celebrating, we had a nightmare situation: sewage backed up in FOUR townhouses. It was stressful and could have ruined the night for all the families and kids. This company was incredibly responsive. They didn’t hesitate to help, even after driving all the way from Tacoma (presumably after saving someone else!). Had our main line back up. Called and talked to Chip. He dispatched me a technician just before 5pm on MLK day. Technician Will called to confirm appointment and let me know his eta. He showed up on time. Solved our problem. Cleaned up afterwards. Explained the whole process. Sent me a video of the clean line. Polite, positive, and professional. Thank you!

As a consumer I read many reviews (and filtered the fake ones) before making decisions, they are important & helpful moving forward! Jim Sheppard showed up on a Saturday and diagnosed my sewer line problem. He was communicative and very helpful, he gave me the pros and cons of different solutions, which I considered carefully so that I can make a sensible decision. Jim and his team were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I’d contact them again if I have any plumbing work in the future.

Jim & his crew (Cade & Jr.) are one of the best in the Seattle area for sewer repair. I had our 60-year-old side sewer repaired with a Cast-In-Place Liner. Cade did an excellent job explaining all the details of the procedure and I'm confident they did an excellent job. I interviewed 4 different contractors before hiring them. He was 40% below the most expensive bid and tied with the lowest. If you're in need of sewer repair, you'll soon discover two things: it's expensive and not all contractors are the same. We hired Sewer Solutions NW to retire our septic system and connect to sewer last spring. As part of the work we also needed to install a grinder pump to get the waste 200' around the house and up our steep driveway. Jim and his crew were fantastic! Throughout the process Jim was very responsive, the job was performed on time and they left the property in better shape than it was before! Evened out our yard and fixed our gravel driveway. I would definitely hire these guys again! We have had no issues with our grinder pump so far. Excellent work!
