We contracted with SF Blake Construction to complete a home remodel in Peoria. We met with three contractors and accepted bids from two. SF Blake was not only the best bid but he also was the one who listened to what our wants/needs were and didn’t try to change our minds about what we thought we wanted. The remodel was of an almost 3,000 sq foot home. It involved removing and installing tile flooring, multiple bathroom remodels and full kitchen remodel. We also replaced glass doors, full house interior repaint, new grill install, pergola installation and had the garage floor epoxied. During the remodel we were not in the same state so relied on text, email and calls to make decisions.
