Like most folks do, we took a look at some of the other reviews and we were not surprised at all with most of the reviews we read. The actual work being done is perhaps the last thing I need to comment on... it is excellent, exactly what you would and should expect for interior basement waterproofing, done with precision and attention to detail, and not rushed, but thorough and complete. But more importantly for us, Vincent and John are incredibly friendly and considerate. We have a rescue mix who is afraid of men and they took the time to let her get to know them. We also have a feline "foreman" who constantly wanted to be in their business and made every effort to go outside with them, and they made sure he didn't.
