S&G Carpet and More Rancho Cordova

S&G did a great job the first time I hired them to replace the flooring in 2 of my houses. But they really dropped the ball when I hired them to replace the flooring in my bathroom. For starters the scheduling department is HORRIBLE. There is no way to contact them because they don't answer the phone and when you leave a message they let you know that you will not receive a call back the same day. The installers showed up late. I had to call multiple numbers to finally get ahold of someone after the installers left without putting up baseboards (as per the contract). When they came back they did permanent damage to my brand new flooring. I left a message and text but I'm not expecting to hear back from them. Their communication is always TERRIBLE. I never received a single email from them.

Great work installing my new LVP floors by S&G. I am happy they were available in March and with a great price. Very easy process from the in-home estimate, to ordering materials, to choosing an installation date, and the finished product. Took 1.5 days. Crew re-connected all appliances and cleaned the work area. Would highly recommend S&G!

I stopped in on a whim to this company. I had stopped at several others to get samples for vinyl planking. Dixie was the sales rep and was fantastic! She knew the product and spent a lot of time with me. I really enjoyed her disposition and attitude. She was very professional and had a great eye for detail! I did not go with this company but she was worthy of a positive review! Thanks Dixie for your time and experience!

The response was prompt (from delivering the materials) to getting them installed. The Mobile showroom idea I think keeps a lot of customers engaged and ready to buy... the final install looks very nice and I’m sure it will work very well for the house sale. Good job!

Beyond excellent customer service if I could give them a 10 Star rating I would! The person who I talked to on the phone excellent. The people who came and took measurements and brought samples excellent. The installers absolutely top notch excellent work excellent communication. I would highly recommend S&G they were extremely professional and really went outside the box to help me with my project.
