After receiving several quotes for the work that needed to be done, SG not only quoted a lower price but quoted several different options and explained pros/cons of each option. They replaced our furnace, AC, water heater and electrical panel. Their communication was excellent. Their work crews (we had several due to all the work that was done) were efficient, clean and very accommodating, especially amongst a snow storm and frigid temps. I would definitely recommend SG Heating and Air.

After five frustrating weeks dealing with my home warranty company( weather at the time in single digit) I decided to called SG Heating and Air Conditioning in Hamilton NJ-I after reading the reviews. I am so glad I did. They arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem right away, ordered the part, and returned exactly when they said they would to fix my heat. I have a carrier system that needed a WiFi thermostats upgrade. I contacted two Carrier authorized dealers and between the two I chose SG. SG was courteous and professional in the phone, accurate in their price estimate, and able to complete the job within 36 hours (they had to order the thermostat). The technician was professional as well. They called in advance and arrived on time. The job was done efficiently and cleanly. He also answered all my questions. I would choose SG again in the future.

Our Heating/AC company closed it's doors without warning and we were stuck. We reached out to SG Heating and Air and they stepped up immediately. They have been amazing, we only wish we were with them earlier. They are punctual, responsive, clean, knowledgable and take the time needed to do the job properly. Only through them have we noticed how the services really should be done. Highly recommend them !

The last few days. Have been, extremely cold! Our thermostat read 54 inside and 12 outside. I didn’t know who to call. The service was. Carrier product so I called Carrier. They came that very day to assess what was wrong. The two men that came and said there was damages that I didn’t understand and they would be able to install a new heater. I was thrilled! They came a day later and worked with clothes so they mess wouldn’t damage anything!!! I will only deal with honest Company And I was so satisfied that I enrolled in the service for all and anything that might come up Thank you Irene B
