On short notice, they showed up to fix my Uncle's cooler that had been out for weeks, my Uncle was hospitalized and they showed up that day and fixed it right away. Matt N explained everything to me before he started and then once he diagnosed the issues, he explained it all to me in detail what was needed, costs etc. He explained how he could do "this" to get it going or he do "that" for a much better, longer lasting outcome and I went with "that" for my elderly Uncle. He was there for 4 hours and just as nice as could be the entire time. He even offered me a bottle of cold water in the end as I was in the heat for 4+ hours too.

Andy was great to work with. I needed two HVAC units replaced in a short time frame. I requested quotes from 3 different companies. Andy listened carefully to what I wanted and he quickly turned around an all in price without the typical sales pitch. He thoroughly explained the equipment, the warrantees and what he and his team would do when they arrived for and during installation. Installation went smoothly and the equipment works perfectly without any hassle or delays. After the job was complete he handled all of the manufacturer’s warrantee paperwork and provided me with documentation for the applicable tax credits. He was both the best price for my needs and the quickest for quote and installation. All around great experience with Andy and the SG Mechanical staff. I definitely recom
