I have been going here for the past 10 years to order materials for different jobs. The staff is amazing and always friendly. They never hesitate to ask if you need help, from simple question about cost to what materials are made of. The delivery person always come on time for their scheduled appointments. The pricing is definitely worth the products received. I have not found another place comparable to this business here. I did pay for 5 yards of medium bark wood chips and they unload, it seems to be short in 2 yards , I call to complain about it and the manager call me back with a high voice making me feel that I shouldn’t call to complain, she assure that they send 5 yards with 2- 1 1/2 yard scoop and 2 - 1 yard scoop, she it’s been in the business for 30 years that’s what she said I just wonder how many years she it’s been outside looking what they employees are doing or if they doing right there work . He drives make a comment: we have problems every day. I mention that to the manager and she said he didn’t mean that the problem it’s because they don’t deliver the right amount of the materials but he try to say that it’s always a problem in the office but not with the clients.
