S.H. Vaughn Construction Co

A friend of ours recommended using S.H. Vaughn Construction Co to help with finishing out the inside of our she shed with insulation, MDF panels for walls and ceiling. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Emma was assigned as the project manager for our project. She came to the house and introduced herself. Very personable and easy to work with. She provided a very reasonable estimate within a couple days. We then waited a short time for a crew to be available to begin work on our shed. Emma made sure to give us regular updates for when they would be able to begin work. Soon a team was ready and Emma brought them over to see what they would be working with. Experienced the Nov 3, 2024 tornado, which severely damaged my house. Hired Shane and worked daily with his Project Manager Emma, who is a gem! Both are very nice and easy to work with and they listen to what you want and help you with what you need. I've never had to rebuild and remodel a house to that extent before, especially on my own. They really reassured me and were very fair on price. A person needs to know that any amount of rebuilding will take time when multiple trades are involved. I guess that would be my only negative from the experience, but with so many being fixed in my neighborhood at one time (and many still not fixed), I'd expect that was circumstantial. Emma and her team "ROCK"! They are kind and respectful. They listen to my needs and work with me in getting the job done in a timely manner. I have their number saved on my phone and they are quick to respond when I call. They are a A++ group. Keep up the awesome job you are all doing from the office staff to the construction people!

We had a very positive experience with SH Vaughn. Emma was great! She was very diligent in helping us deal with our insurance company and contractors during our home repairs. She kept us updated during the entire process and made the ordeal less stressful!! Would definitely recommend this company!
