Shackelford does it again. Full HVAC replacement on the day before Thanksgiving. The three amazing technicians were in and out in 6 hours without a trace. (Other than leaving the quietest furnace I have ever heard and amazing upgrades to increase efficiency) Our house is warm and toasty and I can’t wait until it’s time to crank up the ac. Thanks again Shackelford.

My 20 year old Carrier was starting to struggle, so luckily I had just read a recent 5 star review about Shackelford and thought why not get one more quote. They totally lived up to all their excellent reviews. Mike showed up the same day I called to give me an estimate, and out of the 4 quotes received, they were by far the best. I called the next day as my furnace wasn't able to keep up and they scheduled me the following day and dropped off space heaters to make sure nothing went horribly wrong in the interim. The crew of 3 showed up exactly on time, were professional and friendly, explained what the process was going to be, and installed my new Carrier and April Air unit, with AC unit to follow in spring. We had a great experience with Shackelford Heating & Cooling. I received quotes from three other Carrier installers to replace our furnace and A/C system and found Shackelford’s pricing to be very fair and transparent. The installation crew had an excellent attention to detail and were very helpful walking me through the new system after completion.

Mike is the best! As with any great HVAC company around here it sounded like he was out on the road but was able to give me some background on a number of furnace/pump models we were considering and offer a professional opinion. Not only that but we unfortunately couldn’t even work with Shackleford because we’re going through the rebate program, but Mike went above and beyond to go over competing quotes with me and helped me make sense of a few hours of research I had been trying to do. Shackelford was here early and had the knowledge and expertise to repair our furnace. Of all the companies that I have dealt with these the repair guy John was like a furnace Whisperer I don't know how to put in word's how Geat he was. Thanks John!! 😊
