Highly recommend the Richmond location and working directly with Taylor. She was extremely helpful and helped me reuse my existing material to save on costs. She selected new material that complimented the stone I had. Not only was the color and texture taken into account, but she also pointed out other considerations in the selection process that I would not have thought of. She pulled together samples so I could visually see her recommendations. Definitely ask for Taylor! You won’t be disappointed! Zach Lewis is very knowledgeable about every piece of material at shade & wise tools,stone ,brick,mortar you name it he is your guy.he will make you feel very comfortable.just call or go into the store and ask for Zach Lewis he will definitely guide you in the right direction

Received excellent customer service from both Taylor and Tyler. I'm not a contractor buying in huge quantity but rather just a DIY home owner. Tyler went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and even made sure I was able to load the materials without messing up my jeep. 10/10 will recommend this business to others.
