Shady Grove Metro South Parking Garage

Scam operation being ran here. Pulled in on accident because the arm was broken. Tried to ask the attendant to let us out but he yelled at us we still had to pay. We were in the parking lot for a total of 50 seconds. The card machine and smartrip were not working. Unreal.

DO NOT USE. Parked there this am (1/14) and came back to concrete falling from the ceiling onto my car. Its almost fell on my head and it damaged my car roof in multiple placed. Its extremely dangerous. If you own this garage, please contact me immediately.

Traveling with two cars and first car pulled in and asked to turn around. We just wanted to pop into Starbucks. My son pulled in and paid before I could tell him not to. He immediately asked for refund. Attendant refused. Literally a 30 second mistake. I am so irritated. 30 dollars just to get our coffee. How unfriendly is Gatlinburg. Boycott this parking lot!

5$ flat rate parking on weekdays. It's the terminus so getting a seat is easy. Lots of covered parking. The station is clean and easy

I'm scared of the Canadian Geese that call Shady Grove Metro Station their home. The bus I ride is on time which makes my wait time bearable. I just don't trust those scary Canadian Geese.
