We had Shakes Roofing install a new synthetic roof on our home over the summer. Keith was incredibly easy to work with, and his pricing was straightforward and honest. We received quotes from five other companies and some were nearly double what Keith quoted. He brought plenty of samples and we were able to find one that met our HOA guidelines. Keith and his team handled all the permits, and made the whole process stress-free. Our roof is large with steep pitches and complex angles, and his crew still completed the job quickly and professionally and they left the yard clean and tidy. Also they put new oversized gutters and replaced all skylights. I highly recommend using Keith and Shakes Roofing.

Andrew and his crew were FANTASTIC! The customer service from Andrew could not be beat, he took care of all the details including necessary code upgrades with our insurance.The crew was here promptly on the scheduled day and completed the tear off and new roof in a matter of hours.(including replacing 9 or 10 sheets of damaged plywood) The site was spotless after they left. To our surprise the next day, a Shakes representative came buy with a giant magnet sweeping the area incase the crew missed anything. I am happy to refer Shakes Roofing and Siding because of the great work they and their crew provided us replacing our roof. I would have given them a 5 star rating if their gutter repair sub-contractor had communicated with us about their delayed appearance. Once the gutter guy arrived he did do a good job so that is a positive. My experience with Shake's was all good, they delivered a timely and thorough quote, completed the work quickly and efficiently and I am happy to refer them to you without restraint.
