We had Top Tec install a hot water heater, furnace and central air conditioning system in our home. Our hot water heater was out and found Top Tec in the Lake County yellow pages. They came out and assessed our hot water heater, and the next day they installed a new hot water heater. Approximately 3 weeks later we had a furnace issue and Moe came to our home on a Friday evening and did a thorough check on the furnace, which continued our journey with Top Tech. Moe was great and explained perfectly what was wrong with the fan and why it was not pulling enough air out causing the furnace to shut itself off and after an hour or so it would reboot itself and run again but never reach temperature. Wonderful thorough job! Tony, Bayar, Jim, and Koss came to replace my full HVAC setup and from start to finish they handled everything without me having to lift a finger. They brought floor mats and even swept up around the new units when they were finished! Very highly recommend working with them everything turned out perfectly and was completely stress free!
