Shamrock Cabinet

We just finished our first kitchen renovation with custom cabinets by Shamrock and are absolutely pleased with the result. Shamrock was recommended by our contractor who has worked with them on several occasions. Our project manager at Shamrock, Bill, was really great to work with and provided valuable insight; you could tell that he has designed a cabinet or two in his time! The process for getting blueprints was fast and painless and we were able to ask questions and tweak the design very easily via face-to-face meetings. Installation was also extremely smooth, which was unquestionably a direct result of the talented personnel that Shamrock has; uppers, lowers, and crown molding were flawless. Kevin did a great job coordinating a very custom kitchen and 2 bath remodel project. Cabinets are well built and look great. Any installation issues were handled promptly by their expert service group.

Questionable quality and no support for taking care of issues when they arise post installation. Ordered bathroom cabinets at the recommendation of our contractor. The paint and finish flaked , peeled off in less then a year. Had to fight with them to come and fix problems. Their excuse was that's what happens to bathroom cabinets, after a one time fix, company refused to warranty work any further. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PROJECTS.

We purchased over $25k of custom kitchen cabinets for a new build house. I should have walked when they required 100% payment upfront. Part of the cabinets were to be stained and part were to be painted. After down payment and agreed schedule, Shamrock came back and told us there would be a 3 month delay because their paint shop was backed up. We pulled their painting scope because we could not wait for the 3 month delay. The quality of the delivered cabinets was terrible. There were several panels that clearly had water damage. We hired a company to stain and paint the cabinets. The painting went fine, but the material used for the cabinets that were to be stained was not adequate for staining. The stained cabinets looked so bad, we had to go back and paint some of the cabinets a
