Shamrock Concrete and Heating Oil

We ordered heating oil from Shamrock for years and never had any issue. When my husband called this year to get a delivery, the driver told him it wasn't worth his time to come to Danville. I messaged the company to ask if they typically still deliver to Danville and we'd just need an alternative for this one fill-up or if we needed to find a new supplier for future deliveries. I was told they'd get back to me and then they blocked me. I understand delivery areas can change, and it would have been very easy to tell me that. I don't know what changed, but this was a completely different experience than what they used to be. Very unprofessional.

I'm just a normal DIY homeowner and needed a slab for a shed I'm building. I liked that Shamrock had a smaller truck and would leave less ruts in my yard. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to deliver - I was expecting a several day lead time, but they were able to deliver same day. Also, being a DIY'er I didn't completely know what I was doing, and the driver provided several helpful hints which made things easier and my final results better. Glad I chose Shamrock!

They have a smaller truck, which is perfect for a smaller job. They are very professional and have a good price!
