They absolutely do not care about the customer at all. Almost every time there's a delivery they do something that is disrespectful. Twice when delivering they left my gate to my yard open and my dog ran away (I found out that was the owner.) Once I left the check for the delivery taped to my oil tank and they ripped open the envelope to take the check and left the shredded up envelope hanging on my oil tank.. Why?! What's the point?! Then this last time LIHEAP called them to let them know that I had crisis money to use up and they delivered oil when I did not order it. No one called me to tell me that they were delivering so the delivery driver (the owner) couldn't get in because my door was locked so he bent the latch on my basement door so he could come in and fill the tank (I DIDNT KNO

I've been ordering from this company for about a year, and while things started out okay, the experience has gone downhill. Calling in is extremely difficult—you constantly get a busy signal. At this point, it’s time to update the phone system and have more staff available to answer calls. Not a huge issue, I can work around that. I was never told about any payment policies, and at no point was I informed that making payments as I could was an issue. For a year, every call was the same for the most part: give my card number, make a payment, ask about the next delivery. Nothing else was ever discussed. Recently, the tone from the front desk has been rude. I was suddenly told that I had to pay my full balance before ordering again which I can do, but this was never mentioned in the past. I

I’ve been out of the area for 7 years. Prior to that I had Werner’s fuel. I still miss getting oil from them. Many moons ago I ran out of oil on Christmas Day. I put a call in but never thought I was see them coming to my door within an hour or two Christmas morning but also brought me sweets. I believe it was muffins. They would come when I only had a few dollars to put in and they were just the best people. Extremely professional and reliable and honest.

Called to get oil cause we are very low, the lady who answers says they cant deliver us oil because they have never served us before. How do you do buisness with someone if they dont let you do buisness with them. Horrible way to handle a buisness, ill take my money elsewhere

I have been getting oil from Werner's for years now. They are such reliable, good people! Even came out right away when I didn't have any heat. I recommend them to everyone!
