WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS. WILL AND BOBBY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ALWAYS TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE HAVE A OLDER HOME WITH LIMITED CRAWL SPACE. AND HAD ALL OF OUR DUCT WORK REPLACED. AND THEY ALSO RAISED OUR RETURN AIR FLOW FOR US. IT WAS A CHALLENGE. BUT BOBBY TOOK HIS TIME AND WE LOVE THAT HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. WE RECENTLY HAD TO REPLACE OUR GAS PACK OF 16 YEARS. QUOTED US A GREAT PRICE. WE ALWAYS ENJOY OUR CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM. WE WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE. IT'S GREAT THAT YOU CAN ALWAYS TRUST THEM FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL WORK.

I originally left a 5 star review from the last time I had service because at that time the service was magnificent. I'm updating this to 1 star because since then I can't seem to get them out here to honor their service contract. In the past they've tried to sell me a service contract and I wasn't able to afford it. The last time they were here I happened to have the extra cash and decided to purchase it. I mean, it's important to have your unit cleaned with the season if you can afford it. The man told me to keep my receipt just in case it wasn't entered into the system so I absolutely did so. Initially when we used this company it was to help repair our AC. They did a great job and we used them again for vent realignment, HVAC maintenance. After that this past 6 months they have been one of the worst companies we have used. The problem is reliability. Initially I could not get someone on the phone to schedule basic HVAC maintenance. Then when we were on the schedule, they would cancel and reschedule, wouldn't even let us know they were going to cancel until the day of. There is another Shamrock Heating and Air Inc using Google search and their rating is 3.0 stars...that seems more appropriate than this rating of 5.0 stars.

These guys just fixed my A/C unit that has been leaking coolant for 4 years. They were very professional, courteous and responsive. Two years ago, the previous contractor told me I would have to replace the whole system, but they were able to repair is at a much lower cost. I am so relieved that I don't have to worry about not having working A/C. Highly recommend.

I called Shamrock this morning for service to my ac unit. He not only entertained my call at 730am but he was honest about the cost the use of my warranty and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He was patience with my lack of knowledge of HVAC units as well. What a pleasant experience.
