These people came recommended from a geotech company I use on a regular basis. I called and emailed them on June 12th, requesting a bid for the replacement of a failing retaining wall. They told me that they were busy, but would get back to me in a few weeks after they had a chance to look at it. I heard nothing and called them back on July 14th for an update, at which point they acted as if they hadn't ever heard of me - and requested I email them again to refresh the information and they would get back to me soon. I then followed up with them on July 23rd, at which point they said "we don't have the manpower to handle this job right now, which is why nobody was getting back to you"
