I had a follow-up implant medical appointment at BIDMC and all went well. The directions I got for my return home were the worst of the worst imaginable. It's impossible to seek mid-route adjustments while driving. Maybe some hands-free voice-activated AI is needed to enhance the system. Fortunately, my next appointment will NOT be in Boston. What a relief that will be. Anyway, the garage was great, very convenient, low-cost, and user-friendly. The hospital staff was great.

I have never not found a spot in that garage on the first pass through

No description online of what the vehicle clearance is. I had to look on Google maps street view which said 7ft9in. After driving an hour to boston I was disappointed when the sign said 6ft8inches and my vehicle DID NOT FIT. Waste of time. This info should be readily avaliable.

They need to have a sign that this whole place locks up at 8 pm and that all gates and doors lock at 8pm for anyone other than employees !!!!!!! The sign just says that entry is from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. but doesn't say that everything automatically locks after that and that you should leave the building and parking garage before 8pm. Otherwise you have to go running back and forth around the whole campus to find a security guard that can direct you back in. The security guards are knowledgeable and helpful but the parking attendants and even the nurses give completely incorrect information. I was so worried that the car would be stuck in the garage overnight and/ or that I would be fined or towed. The whole BIDMC is a giant maze and is the most confusing hospital that I have been to.
