Mayor and Shark Painting did an outstanding job for us. We have an older condo that had popcorn ceilings. We were able to paint them successfully everywhere, except the bathrooms. The years of moisture had them peeling and black in many areas with mold. They were GROSS. Shark removed all of the popcorn and resurfaced the ceilings with a smooth finish. They then repainted the ceilings and walls. The end result was flawless. Prior to doing the work, they removed all vents and fixtures and then expertly replaced them when they were done. Lastly, they did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning up after themselves. The bathrooms were pristine when they were finished and now look brand new again. Great work Tiled back splash and repaired a few damaged sheet rock spots and painted. On time cleaned up protected all work area from dust and paint. Reasonable prices.
